Patrick Adams is a father to two, a husband to one, a friend to a handful and a passionate executive…in that order. Having a career spanning over 25 years being recruited to lead over a dozen public, startup and Fortune 500 corporations through volatile initiatives, he is now CEO and Publisher of 526 Media Group, Inc.; publishers of acclaimed B2B industry resources having served the leaders of “bedrock industries” for almost 100 years. We are a team focused on aligning values, ethics and world-class media strategies to benefit the B2B audiences we call “working class hero’s” – those who built, and keep America running!

Chuck Casey, Director of Sales
Chuck Casey was born and raised in Southern California. A graduate of California State University, Fullerton, studying advertising and communications, he has spent his entire career working with leading newspapers and magazines. Chuck came to The Merchant Magazine and Building Products Digest in 1995 with long-serving publisher Dave Cutler, and has had the privilege of serving the industry through three publishers and now as part of the 526 Media Group team. He is husband, proud father of three successful young adults, and grandfather of three—the youngest born in June 2019. An avid outdoor enthusiast, he enjoys time with family and friends exploring the West’s mountains, deserts and wilderness spaces, and has raised his family with a respect for the land, values and work ethics to serve them and future generations to come. Chuck looks forward to working with you and being a part of your story and success in life!
David Koenig, managing editor
David Koenig has been with 526 Media Group seemingly since birth. Shortly after receiving his journalism degree from California State University, Fullerton, he left Orange Coast Magazine in 1985 to join 526’s predecessor company, Cutler Publishing. As managing editor, he oversees all content for The Merchant Magazine, BPD, Deck Specialist, and 526’s myriad digital offerings. On the side, he has authored seven books, is a regular source for the Orange County Register and Los Angeles Times, and has appeared on dozens of news programs, including on ABC, NBC, CBS and CNN. David and his lovely wife Laura are also considering investing in an aluminum can collection to help fund their two kids’ college education.
